Hi, I'm Sofia,
I built this space to help you get to know yourself deeply, validate yourself radically and follow a path that feels truly your own.
I built it because we are used to thinking we have to adapt to life, to find a way to fit into shapes that are not ours, but that seem to be the only ones that exist. And this, over time, distorts us, confuses us, hurts us and sometimes erases us.
But there is another way.
It is a gaze that starts from you. From recognising who you truly are, with love and truth. From giving yourself permission to expand in every part of you, to return to your full form. And from there, to build a life that fills you, that you feel is yours and in which you can be yourself, every day.
This space was born for this. To let you discover, explore and live this second approach.
To do so takes courage, and above all, it requires a deep and conscious choice:
I want to respect myself. I want to know myself. I want to build a life that feels mine. I want to take care of myself, with care, authenticity and love. I want to be responsible for myself and for my life.
